There is a plan to move to lose fat below the navel and thighs more effectively?

I’ve been on a diet low-carb/low-sugar since March, and the movement, as if going to rain. I heartily activity every day 60-90 minutes, and the stability ball exercises for my stomach and hips, I crowd (but wrong!). I was not overweight to begin with, so for five months, when I was in danger of losing more than 12 kg. But I’m very stubborn fat in these areas is not so. I also crack. I have exhausted all possibilities and do not know what to do. This is because even tho my diet consists of fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, nuts, beans and whole wheat bread that — high in fat grams, I can not lose weight? My diet is low in calories (like all systems low-carb/low-sugar) I take no more than 1400-1600 calories a day, but it is rich in fat grams. Maybe my diet prevents the loss of fat in the abdomen / hip? Or are there other things that I should do in the middle of food and exercise?

I’ve been on a low-carb/low-sugar diet since March, and excercise out the wazoo. I do cardio activity everyday 60-90 minutes, and stability ball excercises for my lower belly fat and thighs I’m trying shed (but won’t go!!!) . I was not that overweight to begin with, which is why for 5 months all I could lose was no more than 12 lbs. But I have very stubborn fat in these areas that will not go. I do crunches, too. I’ve exhausted all avenues and have no clue what else to do. Could it be because that even tho my diet consists of fruit, vegetable, meat, dairy, nuts, beans, & whole-wheat bread — that it’s in high fat grams that I can’t lose weight? My diet is low-calorie (as all low-carb/low-sugar diets are) I take in no more than 1400-1600 calories a day, but it’s high in fat grams. Could my diet be hindering fat loss in lower-belly / thighs? Or are there other things I need to be doing amidst the diet and workouts?

Can Someone Help Me Figure Out What My Average Weight Loss Should Be In The Plan Below?

I’m 5’9″ (female) and am currently tyring to get into better shape. I know that I should weight between 125-165 pounds. I’m currently on the higher end. I’ve got an athletic build and am trying to trim while tone but I want to know what I should aim for in terms of weight loss on the follwoing plan.
I’m on a 1200 – 1500 a day calorie limit. I walk my dog 1 hour every day ( twice at 30 minutes). I rollerblade (in-line skate) 45 mins a day and lift upperbody and do core work every other day from 30 mins.
Based on that information, can someone give me an idea what I should expect in terms of weekly weight loss?
