Is this normal on a bench 450 pounds after weight training for 1 year?

The guy at my gym, I worked with him last Thursday has been identified in the 450 bench. He said that he had been bodybuilding for a year and all people. It’s not very much. Perhaps, £ 220-5. 9 or something like that. 19-inch guns can be. Ya want. Back to my question. Can the bench a lot this year.
