I’ve heard a lot about trapmpolining. Is it really good for your fitness? Can it really help me lose weight? I’m currently eating 1200 calories a day and do some toning exercises + yoga, but want to get fitter too. Can anyone tell me for how long each day I would have to trampoline for it to have a significant effect? Or even better, how long it would take for me to burn 100 or 200 calories?
