How to Boost Growth Hormone For Weight Loss

In order to lose weight you and I need to eat lower calories, that is pretty simple math. But in order to start burning fat you’ve got to get two specific hormones going the right direction for you. 

The first being insulin, and the second being growth hormone. 

Insulin as you might know by now is the hormone that your pancreas releases to help store and process blood sugar after you eat. Insulin is released in response to carbohydrates and protein, but has little to do with fat.

Once you eat any food your body will release insulin to help clear your blood of the extra glucose. This is how your body regulates blood sugar. Pretty simple.

As long as your body has elevated insulin you have almost no ability to burn fat. So how do you reduce your insulin?

Eat less total calories and eat smaller meals. Also the longer time you take between meals the lower your insulin levels will drop, thus helping you burn more fat.

Fasting. Yes you  read that right, I said fasting.

BUT, insulin is only half the picture. Once insulin levels are down you need to increase your growth hormone levels to really kick fat burning into high gear. So how do you do this?

The time you spend between meals is technically called fasting. The longer you can go without food the lower your insulin levels will go and the higher your growth hormone levels will get. This is a perfect situation for fat burning.

Now I’m not suggesting that you take the next week off of eating. But short intermittent fasting sessions between 18-24 hours can do wonders for your fat burning success and over all health. In fact after only 24 hours of fasting your growth hormone levels can go up 10 times!
