How to break a plateau of weight loss?

I lost 30 pounds and can not give up sewing the last 15 pounds. I need some advice on how to cross the plateau of weight loss. Suggestions? Please do not shit Acai Berry and other things spam. I am looking for legitimate means.

The body is not stubborn at all. Infact it is a very complex and clever machine.
The human body is very good at adapting to the changing stimuli, that is when you are working out if you are not changing up your routine every few weeks your body will stop at the level required to complete a task and go no further.
It will know ‘that is how much i have been lifting so i dont need to be any stronger’
To trick the body into continually getting better, be it losing weight, growing stronger, or getting faster, you need to change what you are doing,
So try changing some of the exercises you do, or change up the times or speeds you walk for, or change the weight or amount of reps you complete when weightlifting.
This is the only way to continue on passed those plateaus.

How To Break A Weight Loss Plateau Without Increasing The Intensity And Workout Duration?

i’ve lost about 30 kg in 18mths by doing 2 hrs of cardio exercises at high intensity at least 5 times a week. However due to the long periods of workout, i’m starting to sustain injuries in my knees and can’t seem to continue with such intense routines. In the past year i seem to have hit a weight loss plateau and it would be great if anyone could give me ideas as to how i can break this plateau without increasing the intensity or duration of my workouts (mainly different forms of cardio ex ,eg. running, swimming and cycling) i watch my diet well, and have modified it many times but that didn’t help.

Is It Okay To Break Your Diet A Little Once A Week?

I’ve been on a diet of 1100-1300 calories. Is it okay if I go up to 1700 or 1800 calories one day out of the week?

Does Pinching/agitating Fatty Areas Help In Any Way To Break Down Fat Chunks Or Fat Cells?

How Not To Break My Diet When I Go To Visit My In Laws?

We are going to visit my in laws for a week. I have been on a diet now for a month and lost 10lbs and I have been doing great. The problem is we will be staying at their house for the whole week and everything she cooks is full of fat. Her idea of fruit is a fruit filled donuts.
