You may lose those pounds in the last ten years only two weeks. it will not be easy. But you can do. This plan will help you to do.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor and I have no formal training in nutrition. This is a short-term diet and exercise plan designed to help you lose weight quickly for an event. Do not do it without first consulting a physical. Do not do this if you are pregnant or have health problems. I am not a doctor.
I invented this planfor myself after having read thousands of books, magazines and newspaper articles about nutrition and dieting. It worked perfectly for me. In just ten days I dropped 8 pounds and became absolutely shredded! This is the hottest ever looked my body.
On this short term plan, you will see that you drop by nearly 5 kilos in just the first few days. On many levels you drop quickly, but it's all water. This plan allows you to reduce fat and increase muscle mass. However, you must do the exercises. However, beware,If you have already been fitted for your gown, remember it could be very lost on you, that is was for me.

Plan:
There are several variations of this plan, I listed these three different plans different. You can mix and match different breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks. The amounts are strict for anything except for vegetables. You can have these in unlimited quantities. It is also very important that you eat your fruits before noon.Other than that, make it your own and have it work for you.
Remember to drink 8-10 glasses of water a day
Meals ONE
Breakfast:
A (all) Grapefruit
Two boiled eggs
Snack:
11 almonds
Lunch
1 cup cottage cheese rich in fat
Half Lawyer
1 tomato, sliced
Snack:
macadamia nuts 7
Dinner
4 cups romaine lettuce
4 oz chicken, cut into cubes and add to lettuce
2 tablespoons fat-dress
MEALSPlan Two
Breakfast:
1 cup cottage cheese rich in fat
2 tablespoons of seeds (linseed or, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or even pine nuts)
Snack:
an apple a piece of string cheese
Lunch
4 cups frozen spinach heated in a frying
2 eggs scrambled in
2 oz goat cheese
Snack:
tomato and 1 oz cheese any kind
Dinner
Sautéed green peppers, green beans, tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli with 5 g of chicken.
Never usemore than 1 tablespoon of oil to sauté
Meals THREE
Breakfast:
1 cup nonfat yogurt whole (can be sweetened with Splenda if you choose)
1 cup of blueberries mixed in
Collation
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter unsweetened natural apple
Lunch
4 cups romaine lettuce
1 can tuna or salmon
2 tablespoons full fat dressing or 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Collation
celery stalks with 4 tablespoonswhipped cream cheese
Dinner
4 oz shrimp, or salmon or other type of shellfish or seafood stew and a red pepper and eggplant. (Cut the peppers and eggplant, sauté in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of oil until they become soft and tender season with salt and pepper)
So is the meal plan. it is very easy and very tasty.
Exercise
Each day, the others do:
If you have a treadmill:
Run on the treadmill as fast as you can during 30 seconds – 1minute on an inclined plane. Then she gave birth to a crawl and walk two minutes. To do this, ten times!
Repeat every other day.
If you do not have a treadmill:
Find the highest hill you can. Run up it as fast as you can. Then walk slowly down. To do this, ten times!

If you can not do all the Representatives immediately, start slow, do what you can and build.
# 1.) Tighten the legs until you feel the burn. Hold for ten seconds. Repeat tentimes.
# 2) strengthen the quadriceps (thigh) until you feel the burn. Hold for ten seconds. Repeat ten times.
# 3.) Standing before a mirror, pull your stomach in. hold for ten seconds. Repeat 20 times
# 4.) Lie on your left side, flex your right foot is on top and lift up and down fifty times.
# 5.) Cross the right foot on your left knee. Flex your left foot and both raise and lower it fifty.
# 6.) Perched on the right side, bend your left footwhich is on the top and bottom of the lift and fifty times.
# 7.) Cross your left foot on your right knee. Flex time and lift your right foot and lower-fifty.
# 8.) Sitting on the floor with legs straight in front of you and your hands on the floor behind the hips. Slowly lift your entire body using your arms. Repeat ten times
# 9.) Stand up and face a wall. Pretend that you are trying to push the wall. Push as hard as you can for ten seconds. Repeat ten times.
