Push the button "Fat Loss"
This eye-grabbing title was so tempting I could not resist. He just slip into the copy.
So how was the article.
A complete waste of time. But he let me think …
… "Is it really such a thing as FAT LOSS PUSH BUTTON?
Or was it as simply too good to be true? "
The answer is, it depends on your definition of "Push Button".
If your definition is simply swallow a pill and watch your diet disgustingmagically melt fat belly in one day, then I'm afraid the answer is no. (At least I have not found anything yet. Please let me know if you do.)
However, if your definition is a simple little secret that you can apply right now that is proven to give visible results within a few weeks, then I have good news for you.
What is this fat loss "secret" I speak?
I'm sure it will surprise you. And you will probablybit skeptical.
With so much junk can you blame?
Although when I tell you that it is among the most powerful fat shredding gems that I never found please note that having lost 30 pounds in 30 days I have an idea of what works .
But I'll let you draw your own conclusions, you should give it a shot.
The secret to fat loss I am talking about is a technique for elimination. A simple deletion of an item from your diet during theOver the next few weeks.
And chances are that the accounts of the object for a sizable percentage of your daily calories.
So what?
Pain.
The vast majority of your excess fat can be attributed to relatively few things you eat.
What I found is that the bread was one of those "things" for me. I eat lots of bread all day (toast, sandwiches … etc.) and it was providing my body with such a superabundance of starch thathe was fat loss very difficult.
This is exactly what I did:
I just stopped eating bread and left the rest of my diet the same. Within two weeks I noticed a substantial reduction in body fat.
Now I certainly do not claim that it will work for everyone.
Especially for those who believe that the most effective way to lose weight is to eliminate all carbohydrates (They are their own worst enemies.).
And please note, my diet wasalready very good. If you eat a lot of bad foods, you may not have much success with this technique.
But who knows, this little jewel of a secret that can give you the fat loss you want.

Is There A Diet To Go By To Lose Fat Below The Belly Button And Thighs More Effectively?
I’ve been on a low-carb/low-sugar diet since March, and excercise out the wazoo. I do cardio activity everyday 60-90 minutes, and stability ball excercises for my lower belly fat and thighs I’m trying shed (but won’t go!!!) . I was not that overweight to begin with, which is why for 5 months all I could lose was no more than 12 lbs. But I have very stubborn fat in these areas that will not go. I do crunches, too. I’ve exhausted all avenues and have no clue what else to do. Could it be because that even tho my diet consists of fruit, vegetable, meat, dairy, nuts, beans, & whole-wheat bread — that it’s in high fat grams that I can’t lose weight? My diet is low-calorie (as all low-carb/low-sugar diets are) I take in no more than 1400-1600 calories a day, but it’s high in fat grams. Could my diet be hindering fat loss in lower-belly / thighs? Or are there other things I need to be doing amidst the diet and workouts?
