My father who just turned 71 years old today, still goes to work out at “24 Hour Fitness Center” atleast 3 times a week. He is in better shape than a lot of men out there who are young enough to be his son.

My calves do not line up with the width of my knees on the insides, so it look stupid. What exercises can I do at home that can widen them and eventually make them as wide as my knees? I already know about calf raises, and riding a bike, and running. Anything else???

Hello I live in Parlier cali (central california)I am looking to know more about doing positive things. in the community I just moved here from Long beach and there is absolutely nothing for people to do. I want to start a fitness center who can i ask for donations?????

examples:certificate,points rewards for how many times you attented where you can cash the points in for presents like water bottles,etc……or anything that maybe you fitness center does..that you really enjoy going there for……or any new ideas?

Also, do you have to get a membership for several months to join?

I am the owner of a personal training studio in Houston, TX. I want to open up my facility to quality personal trainers and I need to know what would be a fair split. If anyone out there has any experience in this matter please pass on your input.
