I explored various options for weight loss (Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, NutriSystem, LA Weight Loss) They are all very expensive. Weight Watchers is the least. Does anyone know of any, not cost too much, but still in force, and provide support?

Over the past year or two, I keep hearing about OBGYNs running weight loss centers?
What does diet have to do with gynocology? I mean, sure it’s medicine and diet impacts health, but this would make more sense to see in a cardiologist’s office.
I assume it’s all about money, but I wondered if anyone else has noticed this?

Please tell me your experiences, how much weight you loss, how much it cost.

OK…. I plan to start to do the swimming and weight training as the basic. Can someone tell me a fitness that I can do both with a reasonable price? Because I’m also on my budget too.

I mean come on already, give us a little rock music, Led Zep, etc.

It has to be in Brentwood or Franklin.
It has to have single entry passes.

Customer service at La weight loss center keeps postponing my phone calls about refunding my money. What can i do to get them to give me back my money?
