Can You Target Certain Areas For Weight Loss During A Workout?
I recently got out of the U.S. Army and joined a gym so I could stay in shape. I’m comfortable with some part of my body but still kind of self conscious about other parts. I hear a lot of people say that you can’t decide where to lose weight. Is it possible to target certain areas for weight loss during a workout?
Why Do Certain People On Here Insist That Low Intensity Exercise Is Better For Fat Loss?
Dr. Angelo Tremblay’s study showed high intensity is great. The “9 times more fat loss thing ” is exaggerated and did NOT happen, but HIIT is still good.
I guarantee you lift weight hard for 45 minutes you WILL burn A LOT of calories and lose weight.
So WHY do CERTAIN people on here claim this?
