How Bad Is Cheese In A Diet When You’re Trying To Lose Weight?

Author: I know when you’re on the Atkins diet you eat a lot of cheese.
I don’t eat much, but I like to put a melted slice on top of egg whites. Is this bad? I eat 3 egg whites with slice of cheese every day.
