I am sophomore in high school who is interested in getting in better shape, because, let’s be honest, I’m not active. BUT! I would like to change this situation. I saw the physiology of fitness programs in this book and thought it might be a good idea for me, but what I would do for this half of the course? Will the hands on fitness in the gym or just learning or a combination of both? Why?

I am looking for music to use in their current fitness. People prefer rock. It may be old or new. My brain just does not work today.

The teacher didnt mention anything that wearing one would be bad, but its just that I’m a little pudgy but not extremely overweight and she makes us stick out our chest when we walk and I have tiny man boobs unfortunately that im working to get rid of. Thanks in adance!
