I am a runner and after a period of time the underarms of my exercise clothing get funky. In the past, I just threw them out but I have tried the newer fabrics for exercise and they are more expensive so I don’t like that method any longer. Is there something I can do to get rid of that odor?

two ladies bump into each other on the street and one of them has giant things on, jewelry, clothes, purse, and she pulls out a huge notepad and pencil. she says “all these big things just make me look smaller.”
does anyone know what weight loss program that commercial is or it youtube has it?

I’m just curious, what is the dress code for employees (not the trainers) who work at 24 hour fitness. I know they have a polo shirt that they have to wear, but what about their pants? Is it usually black slacks or black workout pants (such as yoga pants and track pants).

I see alot of teenage girls come to the fitness club dressed in revealing clothes and a full face of makeup and they dont even excercise they just stand around and talk with their girlfriends, Then why the hell are they at the fitness club?
