I am trying to loose a couple of lbs but i am the kind of person that needs motivation. I have been trying for months to loose but i keep going back to my old habits. I need for someone to help me along the way, check in on me to make sure if i have eaten the right things, tell me of a bad habit before i do it. I know it sounds pretty stupid but i know myself and i know that if i had the push from someone else, i would be able to stick to my diet plan. It’s just me and i can’t do this alone. I have so much temptation around me and it is very hard. Where can i find someone to help me with my weight loss goals? only serious answers please.

I have wii fit but I don’t think it is much of a work out. Do you think that My Fitness Coach for Wii would be hard work. This is only for people who have the game or have played the game. I will give a thumbs up to every good answer! Thanks!
