I am disabled with severe daily headaches, among others. I got 60 pounds predizone treatment, which I do a lot of time. I enrolled in this program, weight loss and told them that I had connected with my health problems. A week after the start of the program, my headache got worse and now, after 2 months, I have no bed. They know, but they still put me on “hold”. I think the still shot of this program is based on my health. I paid over $ 1000, and now I do not find someone to give me a straight answer as to withdraw from the treaty. Anyone?

I am looking for ways to cancel my contract. I’ve told them I’m moving and they’ve come back saying I need a notarized letter.
Can I just have a family member type this up and back me up?
Also, are their any other suggestions?

I have been going there for over a year now and pay monthly. They closed a gym nearby and expect me to use the gym that is far. I have had some issues with their service and they say you can’t cancel due to bad service! It is not in the contract! I understand if I don’t pay them, they might put the balance that I owe into collection. But are they going to come after me hard like credit card companies or they may drop the matter?

I signed up for this weight loss program and told them I needed it to be contingent upon my health issues. 1 week into the program, my headaches got worse and now after 2 months I haven’t got out of bed. They know this, but they keep putting me on a “HOLD”. I think I over shot this program based on my medical status. I paid over $1000 and now I can’t see to get anyone to give me a staight answer on how to get out of the contract. Anyone?
