I make a persuasive memo, and I need to convince a panel of members of my fitness center company must in our house. There are two other issues in our house, as well. One of them is a lawyer and another a dentist. Companies I work for a computer company.

How about diet Coca-Cola is unhealthy? If you know of any chemicals, it will be appreciated. My neighbor down the Diet Coke, because they are not tomorrow, and its purpose is “Their is nothing that is bad for you. Any thoughts?

My friend is overweight, and I can tell that she is very confident in his body. I want to try to persuade her to benefit from weight loss surgery, but I do not want to look bad or that I cared only its weight. I am not attracted to girls thin type 2, but I’m attracted to girls with curves like Jordin Sparks size. How can I talk to my girl weight loss surgery or simply to lose weight the old, making it uncomfortable?

My mom drinks diet soda instead of regular soda and i’ve heard it can cause cancer. How can I convince her to stop drinking it? And don’t say “Don’t believe everything you hear” because my dad told me and I don’t want to take risks.

That is tough…mainly because LA Fitness has a bad reputation when it comes to service and canceling memberships if things do not work out.
If there is another gym close by, I suggest looking into that one. If your parents aren’t too keen on paying for a gym, try to convince them to order an at home fitness program for you….or ask for it as a birthday or holiday gift.
Also, if they refuse on all suggestions…and you happen to have Comcast or Fios, take a look at all the free exercise videos they offer in the ON DEMAND section. There are plenty of them to keep you active.

My wife does not seem to value exercise nearly as much as I do. She has been getting more and more overweight over the years. I love her very much and I want her to live a long healthy life. Her family has a history of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol and I’m worried she is harming her health.
I have tried buying her exercise machines but she absolutely hates to use them, so I’m the only one who ends up using them. When I ask her if she’s exercised, she complains about not having enough time. So I try to bargain with her by offering to do household chores while she exercises, but I do the chores and she doesn’t stick to her end of the bargain because she’s “too tired” or she “doesn’t feel well” or some other excuse.
She also gets depressed that she’s not as skinny as she used to be, but she doesn’t seem willing to do anything about it. Has anyone experienced a similar situation with their spouse? What can I do to help her get over her aversion to exercise?
