Danish Diet: How far are you willing to lose weight?
The Danish scheme lasted 13 days and promises to losses of up to 26 pounds. The diet is very strict: any form of deviation from my stop and prevents diet recovery within six months. If power will be stopped after six days, it can be resumed after 3 months. For food, salad is always fresh, 100% natural yogurt with no fruit, and hunger can be prevented by drinking water. Coffee can be substituted for tea, and vice versa, and trout, cod or skate. Always consult your doctor or dietitian before starting any diet, particularly one as difficult as the Danish Parliament. Lunch consists of 9 grams of ham and yogurt, dinner 7 grams of beef, and green salad with oil and lemon juice. Day 3: Breakfast consists of a cup of coffee with sugar and a slice of toast. At lunch, diet can eat two boiled eggs, ham, green salad with oil and lemon juice. Lunch consists of boiled celery, tomatoes, fresh fruit, like apples, pears e, or orange. Day 4: Breakfast consists of a cup of coffee and a piece of toast, while lunch consists of a glass of orange juice and yogurt. Dinner might include a boiled egg, carrots, 9 grams of cottage cheese. Day 5: The big carrot for breakfast. For lunch, 7 grams of boiled cod with lemon juice and a teaspoon of butter. Lunch includes seven grams of beef with celery. Day 6: Breakfast consists of coffee with sugar and a slice of toast. At lunch Diet May 2 boiled eggs, a big carrot. Dinner includes half a chicken and salad with oil and lemon juice. Day 7: At breakfast, tea without sugar. For breakfast, a diet should be plenty of water, and for dinner they can eat 200 grams of mutton and an apple. Day 8: The breakfast of coffee with sugar. At lunch, diet should eat two boiled eggs, 14 grams of spinach and tomatoes. Lunch includes seven grams of beef with salad. Day 9: a cup of coffee with sugar for breakfast. Nine grams of ham and yogurt for lunch is recommended, but for dinner they can have nine grams of beef and salad with oil and lemon juice. Day 10: toast and coffee for breakfast. Lunch includes two boiled eggs, green salad and a slice of ham. For dinner you can eat a diet of boiled celery, fresh fruit and tomatoes. Day 11: Breakfast includes a large carrot. At lunch, diet should be 7 grams of boiled cod with lemon juice and a teaspoon of butter. Lunch consists of 9 grams of beef and celery. Day 12: At dinner diet can have 7 grams of boiled cod with lemon juice and a teaspoon of butter, and for dinner they can have nine grams of beef and celery. Day 13: toast and coffee for breakfast. Lunch reformulated to eat two eggs and a big carrot. Dinner might include nine grams of chicken with salad. The Danish system is very low calorie diet. How Much Activity/fitness Does It Take To Work Off A Medium- Sized Danish?
I am just wondering….How much activity/fitness does it take to work off a medium- sized danish? or a similar cake/treat….
Also if I eat sweets however also work out a lot….would this be preferable to no sweets at all and no work out?
