Do Your Friends Or Family Say Nasty Things To You About Your Diet/fitness Efforts?

It seems that just when I am reaching my goals diet and fitness-wise, my aunt or my former best friend will say something like “you’re still top heavy” or “you’re losing your butt” or even “your left leg is bigger”. I know I shouldn’t care, but it really bothers me. I work really hard in my fitness regimen; and as anyone who has ever lost weight can attest, it’s hard to sacrifice things you love for the greater good. It’s like they don’t want me to feel good about myself. If they love me, why do they do that?

I am creating a diet and fitness site especially geared toward women in their late 20′s- early 30′s and on. I am wondering what are some main categories/topics/issues you would like to see on the site? What Diet/fitness Plan Should I Stick With To Lose My Tummy/muffin Top In A Month?

I am 14 so i’m not planning buying some diet books or fitness videos.
I am very busy but I can certaily take some cycling/yoga/pilates classes if this will help.
I’m not planning on looking perfect in one month… just better.
I am 5’2 and have no hips so its important to make my waist and abdonimal thinner and i hope to lose 5 pounds doing it.
