My friend is naturally a small person, but doesn’t exercise. She recently went to the doctor and he told her that she didn’t exercise and he could tell by looking at her eyes. I have found no research to back this up. Does anyone know if this is true?

basically, im 17, 23 stone in weight and gradually killing myself lol, i ws just wondering what can the doctors offer to aid with mass weight loss for example can they offer medication or diet regimes or perhaps discounted gym memberships,im asking becase i dont know and i want to lose wieght now and i am currently at the start of a diet.

There are no “secrets” to weight loss. It is very simple: eat less, and exercise more.
Anyone who offers you advice or a diet or anything, and wants money for it, is only concerned about making your wallet lose weight.

My health insurance site has listings of family practice doctors, internal medicine doctors, Pediatric doctors, General Practice doctors. Those are all under primary care physicians.

I have heard of doctors sometimes prescribing something to aid weight loss or curve the appetite im just not too sure on what it was called ?
Have you ever heard of anything or am I crazy ?
