How Should I Exercise My Arms So That I Can Start Doing Chin-ups?
I’m basically starting my 20s and just starting to exercise. I tried chin-ups but couldn’t even do one. How would you recommend I exercise my arms to be able to start? (eg. how many push-ups should I be able to do before I can start chin-ups?) I don’t have lots of time on my hands so I can only do quick exercises like push-ups.

What Would Be Normal Body Fat % Loss For Someone Doing Weight Lifting And Exercise?
When I began working out I was 5’9″ tall and 190lbs. I had not been very active for several years and was considerably overweight. I started a new regimen of eating right and working out 5 times a week. I began with cardio only for 3 months and I lost weight from 190 down to 165. I stalled at 165 and the trainer at my gym suggested weight lifting before I do cardio and adding more protein to my diet. He told me I might not lose much weight but i will lose body fat if I build lean muscle. I took his advice and started lifting weights as well as getting a body fat scale for my bathroom. I had an initial read of 24.1% body fat and after 2.5 weeks of this new routine I now read 21.9% body fat. This seems like a large drop for such a short period of time. Do I have a faulty scale or is this body fat loss possible? I have been eating really well and have kept a 5 days a week workout schedule without fail.
How Can I Exercise On My Own And Enjoy Doing It?
I’m a busy girl and I can really only spare maybe half an hour to one hour a day to exercise. I have no room in my schedule to join a sports team and I have no transportation to the gym.
I haven’t made exercising a priority because I eat healthy & I have a very high metabolism — I’m naturally skinny and I look fit even though I don’t work out. But after getting a lot of pressure from my family members to do more exercise, I’ve decided that I want to get them off my back & start doing some.
