I want to get in shape, but I want to know which way is faster and easier, my body looks like they form. It is quicker to build muscle and lose fat? and that one is easier? where we show results faster? and so, but you think it would be advisable to build muscle and lose some belly fat stuburn? I am doing the You on a Diet exercise routine and it hurts when I stretch and it is hard to get into the positions to do it because I am so out of shape. Will this eventually get more comfortable to do and will I get more flexible? One of the stretches is to touch your toes. HA HA! I cannot barely get halfway down! Will it get better!!??? I am not too overweight. I only need to lose about 25 lbs. I just want to get healthier and more flexible and stronger.

I’ve heard the second week is the hardest especially because there is little results and not as easy to stick to. At what point will it get easier mentally?
