It looks like it is only an e-book and can only be bought online. Usually this kind of thing is a ripoff and you get no useful information in the e-book. There are tons of sites like this making all kinds of promises about weight loss and other things like preventing acne.

There is tons of bad feedback about it.

I need to know if anyone ever tried the e-book Fat Loss 4 Idiots from saudeefitnesss.com/fatloss.html. Does it really teach you what you need to know to lose 9 lbs. every 11 days and how to stay thin.
