Im starting a new diet tomorrow, so I could start to lose 7 pounds. This is allowed only if I eat unhealthy enough for today?

I ate quite a lot of unhealthy food today, because they are starting a diet tomorrow, if I can lose weight. (I have 15 hours gym Monday through Friday, but I’m staying for the weekend rather than drive). Is it right that I ate unhealthy today?

This is enough food to build muscle and get ripped?
