I know eating poorly and not exercising can lead to a build up of cholesterol and plaque in your heart’s arteries. I am just curious if one starts a diet and exercise program after a bunch of cholesterol has built up, will the build-up go away or is it there forever (other than surgery)?

im thinking of asking my parents to let me go to a fat camp this summer and i was wondering if anyone knows any in california and can tell me something about them. if youve been to one can you tell me what it was like?

When you are watching a weight loss Commercial someone says “I lost 75 lbs! and look at me, I am finally in a size 4!” and look at the person and say, there is no way that is a size 4, that is an 8! Maybe I am the only one who thinks this way, but if they are wearing a size 4, I want to shop where they do, so that I can say the same thing! LOL! Anyone else seeing this?

Would like to know what the exercise machines are like and was the program successful for you?

I ate it once a day all last week and I lost 4 lbs. Has anyone ever known it to be a weight loss secret / tool ?

If you were over weight but have bipolar have you ever had a dr. give you a weight loss medication in combination with your bipolar meds? Does it work? Would it be bad side effects?
