How Long Should I Walk Everyday For Exercise?

I’ve started out at 240 pounds and now I am about 190, I’ve been eating healthy and walking for exercise, I still have some flab and I want to get rid of it. I’ve been walking an hour to an hour and a half every day for exercise since I started the diet, but I noticed a slow-down in losing the pounds, is JUST walking enough now that I weigh 190? Because I want to get down to 180, that’s the right weight for my height.

If I Walk For 30-45 Minutes Everyday At A Moderate Speed How Long Will It Take Before I Notice Weight Loss?

Me and my son try to take walks(he goes in a stroller) around the neighborhood everyday. We usually are gone for 30-45 minutes and we walk at a moderate speed. There are hills in our neighborhood as well and I was just wondering how long do I need to walk before I notice weight loss? I really need to lose this baby weight that was gained throughout my pregnancy.

Is It Better To Exercise Everyday Or Just A Few Times A Week?

Is it really necessary to exercise every single day and when i say exercise i mean vigorous exercise, for example, going on an exercise for about 90 minutes, or jogging or doing aerobics. Is it necessary to do this everyday to stay in good shape or can you still stay in good shape if you exercise let’s say three times a week? What do you think?
