What’s The Best Way To Stay Focused On A Fitness Regimine?
I usually do great with dieting (not necessarily limiting a lot of food, but eating good, healthy stuff with lots of protein). Lately, though I’ve been doing terrible, eating things I’d never usually eat. I don’t know what the deal is, and I’m not saying I have some sort of disorder or whatever, but it’s sort of hard to quit eating bad again and stick to a healthy diet. What’s something I could try? Maybe some sort of idea that would keep me from eating crap.

How Can I Alter My Diet To Give Me More Energy And Make Me More Focused?
