What a good diet for a teenager who plays football regularly?
All right. I have always been football. but recently this summer. I took it more seriously. I play every day for about two hours. but the medium term, I’m usually tired, and I feel in a week. I really want a system that helps to improve and enhance their game so that the best diet for a football player? O, and I am a woman aged 15.

Does Anyone Know Where I Can Find A Fitness Programme For Football?
Im quite unfit and i play on the wing or upfront in football and so require a lot of running, i would like to get much fitter for next season and so want some kind of programme to improve my cardiovascular endurance or agility or something. Ive looked but there all those ones where you have to become a member and they send you an e book or you have to pay. Does anyone know of a website or they could give me their personal programme. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
What Is A Good Diet For An Off Season Football Player?
I’m a 6’1″ 254 lb Offensive and Defensive lineman.
I’m looking to get back down to around 230 and build muscle.
We have an after school weight routine 3 days a week.
I’m interested in changing my diet and perhaps doing some other activities during the rest of the week.
Can anyone suggest either of those?

Ok, im 6’4″, 179 lbs and i wanna drop to 171 by November. But i want to gain a lot of muscle in time for the Summer for football. What should be my diet and exercise for this?
