Help calculate and determine the percentage of fat loss in a friendly competition. ?

I started fat loss problem% with a few friends. I want to know the best way to determine the winner. We thought of going outside the percentage of weight lost, but I felt it would be unfair to those who have less weight to lose. There was also some concern, because some wanted to lift weights. . . And we went to those who fell more than the percentage of fat. We believe, however, doubts about the use of this méthode.Nous have a feeling that someone started a 45% fat will be easier to get than someone with 20% fat. This is where the problem occurs. What should we do? How can we judge wins right?

What is a reasonable goal for fat loss contest friendly between me and my friend?

We would like to implement (we were both very athletic in high school and college, I also), but we’ve been fairly inactive the past three ans.J wanted to tell the experts that would establish a reasonable goal for fat loss, if we commit ourselves to implement the three -4x a week 30-45 min. every once in 4-6 weeks (without regime change, however, the whole event). I know that guy to write faster than girls, so I want to know what it would be fairly comparable loss for each of us. Thus, we see who really “won” and enjoy elle.Merci thanks for your help!

Help With Calculating And Determining Body Fat Percentage Loss For A Friendly Competition.?

I began a body fat % loss challenge with some friends. I’d like to know the best way to determine the winner. We thought about going off of weight percentage lost, but felt it would be unfair to those who had less weight to lose. There were also some concern because some wanted to lift weights… so then we went with whoever dropped more body fat percentage. But we feel unsure about using this method.
We feel someone who started at 45% body fat would have an easier time dropping than someone with 20% body fat. This is where the problem arises. What should we do? How do we judge the winner fairly?
