I sustained a broken ankle while running at cross country on feb 10th and have been out of action for 5 weeks till today.The hospital doc says i dont need the airboot now and i have just a elastic support on now and i need physio to speed recovery up.My question is how long does it take to walk nornal again and what physio do i need to speed up recovery?

What Is The Fitness Required For Fox Glacier Full Day Hike?
I’m going to NZ in Dec/Jan and am tossing up between booking the Fox Glacier Half-day or Full day hike (which is 7 hours). The website is vague (above average fitness). I would like to get some views on this. I do have average fitness (i’m going to start working out more). But i would like to have a variety of views to make a decision.
