A year ago i got in a wreak and i couldn’t do much exercise and now i have love handles and I’m kinda pudgy. what’s cheap and works fast. I’ve tried riding bikes and stuff and it works for like a day. Anything helps

Please answer only the question, I don’t need diet advice or what have you. I just want to know what exercise has been effective for you.

He’s a little young for long walks/runs (8 weeks), and he shivers when outside. He gets enough playtime in the house right now but he’s going to get bigger and need more exercise while it’s only going to get colder.
Note: I don’t want to buy him dog clothes.

Is Hydroxcut a good pill? If you know any others that they sell at Wal-Mart for under 30 dollars, please list them. Are there any weight loss pills that a 15 year old (185 lbs – 5’9”) to take safely without a perscription?

I don’t have have any exercise equipment so please don’t suggest that. My dogs haven’t been able to go outside for a couple of days and walk and they are starting to look depressed. It’s been cold and rainy with sleet the last couple of days. Thanks.
