I’ve brought a ball and wheel but she gets bored of them easily and I try to take her out but she runs and hides in the small spaces and I cannot get her back in the cage after wards. How can I give my Syrian hamster the exercise she needs? Any suggestions highly appreciated.

Please make a list, I already have exercise balls what else I have had my hamster B rownii for a long time and want to keep it that way. I know what to feed him but I want the things to keep him as healthy as can be and brownii is the smartest cutest hamster I have ever had and he has never bit me so I want to try to keep him arund for another year

I am not that good at handling my hamster, it goes on its wheel at night but I think it will be good for my hamster if it can go in its exercise ball, how can I can him in if I cannot handle him?
especially as I don’t have a side door!
