The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook Review

The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook by Lyle McDonald has become very popular on the internet, so I decided to do a little review on it and put in my 2 cents. As the title reads "Rapid Fat Loss Guide" you guessed it if you thought the book was to lose weight fast.

The book is about planting schemes on your way to weight and fat loss. This can be very unhealthy, from both a physiological and psychological point of view and I am Lyle happy warned his players this early book. If it were not for the fact that he constantly warned against the strict diet in terms of fat loss plan along throughout the book that I thought the book is dangerously misleading.

His goal with this book is to teach its readers how to crash diet in a way that does not adversely affect the health of the dieter.I like the fact that it deals with the difference between weight loss versus fat> Lost because it seems that everyone hooked to lose weight without realizing that the lost weight does not always result in the lost fat. Depending on how this weight is lost, it can consist of more fat, water or muscle tissue. And none of these lead to a better look.

The theory behind the book is based on a "protein-sparing modified fast" recommended by doctors to patients who needed to lose weight fast before surgery. Surprisingly, the manual hassound advice on how to follow such a crash diet safely. He cons advice intense exercise until you go back to eating normally, and if you had not worked hard at first, he advises you not to start a workout routine, before the completion of food. These crash diets can be very stressful on the body and because of the hard work of any kind is cons-indicated.

On multiple occasions, he reminds the reader that the crash diet is to do exactly as the book describes andwe must not under any circumstances stay on a crash diet for long periods of time due to the negative health implications of doing so. Something that I find respectable was that he had discussed the "bounce" or "yo-yo" that crash diets can have. Most authors of books "crash diet" type are not normally do.

It seems that many people gain the weight back soon after a release of these kinds of schemes. In the book Lyle discusses ways to transition back to a more normalstyle dining while keeping fat and weight lost.

Overall I think it's a good read but when it comes down to it. The fat loss program is the best that is sustainable long term and that actually allows you to feel not only good for your body, but to feel good inside as well. The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook is not the program.

It says it is a good read and for those who need to select a few suchresources (the athletes who need to make weight, women who want to lose weight before a wedding) and are willing to do it well is a good book.

I must say proceed with caution. Most people are interested in the quick fix to the detriment of their health. People who do not exercise restraint and do not follow the guidelines in the Lyle Rapid Fat Loss Handbook can be found in some waters sticky as long as their health is concerned.

Idiot Proof Diet Handbook Review

The Idiot Proof Diet, also known as Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet, has become one of the most popular and successful diet plans today. It has been used successfully by tens of thousands of people around the world. But what is the Idiot Proof Diet? What is done and how it works?

The scheme was given the name of it because it's supposed to be so simple that even a fool can do. But do not let the name that you disable it may be simpleto use, but the science behind it is not simple at all.

The Idiot Proof Diet is based on the Shifting Calories Method.

The Shifting Calories method was created when it was discovered that over a period of time, your metabolism gets used to the nature and quantity of food you eat. This is the main reason why low-carb, low fat, low protein, and diets low in calories May provide initial weight loss, but not a long one call. You see, your metabolism adjusts to the newamount of food you eat or the lack of food group (carbohydrates, proteins, lipids) that you deny, and slows down.

That is why over 95% of diets fail because they do not keep the metabolism running at a high level. A slow metabolism, low fat burning, it also means that once you get off your diet and go back to eating normally, your metabolism is so slow that you end up winning all the weight you lost and even more, much faster than you canimagine.

The method of moving heat is on maintaining the metabolism off balance, never letting it get used to eat everything in a systematic way so that it remains at a high level of fat burning. You do this by constantly turning your food. Sounds difficult? That's why the Idiot Proof Diet comes with a unique menu of software that tells you what to eat and when. You get to eat 4 meals a day but the type of food is always moved around, and you continue to burn fat at a high rate for a longtime.

The Idiot Proof Diet does not exercise, if anyone is interested in developing muscles should try something else. This is strictly a system of weight loss.

The Idiot proof States plan you can lose 9 lbs. every 11 days, you're on this plan. I do not want anyone to burst the bubble is there, but it is ambitious and not all users of the scheme managed to lose so much. But the loss of 6 lbs. every 11 days is quite common in this scheme. While there are many users who have lost 9 lbs. every 11 days or more but not all.

The important thing to remember that it takes commitment. You must follow the menu you get. It is not difficult but it must be done to make you successful.

Overall, the Idiot Proof Diet is what it says it is: a simple to use, reasonable diet that does not starve you and gets you excellent results. I'd say it's ideal diet for people who want to lose fatQuick and retain for a time long term.
