How can I do to be hired as a fitness instructor in a group, although I have no experience?

Author: I have to be certified in March by my coaches offer. I really want to do a fitness group and a long time, but I have not studied the health-related schools. I’m afraid I will not be hired anywhere because of my inexperience.
