My friend is overweight, and I can tell that she is very confident in his body. I want to try to persuade her to benefit from weight loss surgery, but I do not want to look bad or that I cared only its weight. I am not attracted to girls thin type 2, but I’m attracted to girls with curves like Jordin Sparks size. How can I talk to my girl weight loss surgery or simply to lose weight the old, making it uncomfortable?

I am doing the You on a Diet exercise routine and it hurts when I stretch and it is hard to get into the positions to do it because I am so out of shape. Will this eventually get more comfortable to do and will I get more flexible? One of the stretches is to touch your toes. HA HA! I cannot barely get halfway down! Will it get better!!??? I am not too overweight. I only need to lose about 25 lbs. I just want to get healthier and more flexible and stronger.

I have done the Atkins diet before successfully and realize that every little bit of hidden sugar and carbs (like in diet sodas) will slow down your weight loss dramatically. HI am a 18 year old female who is 5’3 114 lbs. I want to lose at least 5 pounds. I cant lose the weight because I can only exercise for 15 minutes due to calf pain. Do I have a potassium problem or and protein problem ?
