What Are Some Good Cardio Exercise To Do If Your Foot Hurts?

Author: My right foot hurts (Don’t ask why please; kind of weird) so what kind of cario exercise can I do? Obviously I don’t want to do running right now.
Also, I don’t want to ggo swimming right now.

What Is Wrong When You Exercise And The Back Of Your Thights Hurts When You Stand Or Step Downward?
I have been doing 20 mintutes of a walking a mile exercise tape. I have pain in the back of my thights. It occurs everytime I step down from stairs or either getting up from sitting down. When I do the exercise I feel better , but the pain comes back .
