To lose weight quickly, you need to choose the best exercises. Surprisingly, cardio is not the best. Not far from there. Cardio only takes too much time and not give them a better body. If you are really rushed for time, that's all the strength training necessary. If you have extra time, you can add a super-thirds for training the torso, leg work or the work of the body above. Depends on what you need.

Then we finished with interval training. A full training session interval requires approximately 18 minutes. Five minutes to warm up, 6 intervals of 30-60 seconds 60-90 seconds alternating with low-intensity activities. Finish with 5 minutes recovery and stretching themuscle groups by hand only.

Everything is done in 45 minutes. What these workouts 3 times a week.
