I love fitness/nutrition and i would really like to make that my career however i am aware that it isn’t as stable as becoming a doctor per say. What Is A Good Way To Incorporate More Exercise Into My Day?

I’m 14, and I want to get more exercise just to be healthier. As of now I don’t do any sports but in September, I’ll be starting school sports. Until then, what are some ways I can exercise more? I’d like to swim, but that’s not always accessible.
