Isometric exercises are good for building muscle?
I heard they are building muscle faster than dynamic exercise.
Isometric exercise is good for muscle development and / or power?
Could I be expected to increase the use of isometric methods? I think they would add more energy to muscles, but I was wondering if my muscles grow. What do you think? Thank you
Why Does Isometric Exercise Only Strengthen A Muscle At The Angle At Which The Muscles Are Contracting ?
It doesn’t make sense that isometric exercise would only strengthen a muscle at a certain angle. How does the muscle “know” what angle it’s at? Shouldn’t a muscle simply be strengthened? Won’t strengthening a muscle make it able to pull harder? At any angle? Thanks for your answers.
