Specifically, I’m looking for blogs of -real- people (not fake blogs trying to sell a product) who have lost weight and documented it as a blog. An example would be someone who once weighed 250 and is now 180 and blogged specifically for their weight loss journey. With all the things on the internet I’m sure there have to have been some people who have done this.
Just wouldn’t know how to search for these people, so any links would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I am a vegetarian and a long-time dancer. I don’t always eat the way I should. I need a diet that’s all vegetarian and created for dancers.

My daughter, just out of high school has her heart set on being a Personal Fitness Trainer, Group Trainer, etc.
Does anyone know any information or any schools or programs in Texas where she could learn this?

I am 36, and am interested in persuing martial arts (again) for fitness and health. Is there any websites for forums for beginning martial arts, and/or martial arts being used for fitness?
