Hi I’ve been wanting to diet for a long time but I’m not really sure how many portions of each catagory of food I should have a day.I need help. How Can I Maintain, Lose Weight And Keep A Specified Exercise Program During Winter?
I don’t like gyms and i’m too shy to go in one because people there are fit and muscly than myself. I have lost 20 kgs (46 lbs) over the past 6 months. I need to lose 10 more kgs (22 lbs) to reach my goal weight. But since it is winter where i am i want to be able to exercise, maintain and lost weight without having to use any gym equipment or go to the gym. What can i simply do?
How To Maintain Fitness And Keep Losing Some Weight?
Hi everyone, I will be starting a new job soon from 9am to 6pm in a different city so will have to commute everyday for an hour and a half. Unfortunately this means I can no longer take advantage of my off peak gym membership-I use it currently 5 days a week; doing 20-30mins treadmill, 10-20 mins crosstrainer, 10 mins rowing, 10 mins weights and sometimes swimming occasionally. I am wanting to lose a little weight, I am 163cm (5 ft 4″) and around 58kg, want to be 55kg. I am female and in my 20s.Been trying to cut out snacks and eat healthily just now but not lost much so far even though I have been working out for over 2 months. Just wondering how I can keep up my fitness levels and lose the weight with my new schedule and job? Any advice would be appreciated.
Does Yoga Really Help You Loose Weight And Maintain Weight Loss?
I just started doing Yoga consistently 3 times a week for a couple weeks now and I LOVE IT!!!! I have lost about 18 lbs through exercise and eating healthy, but I’m wondering if I can cut back on the strenuous and high impact cardio, and simply maintain the weight loss by doing yoga (my passion). Anyone speaking from experience?
