When I bought my pants I didn’t notice it but during exercise I noticed it. I don’t consider my pants too tight and I do wear underwear (usually boycut undies). Also Its hard to excercise using loose jogging pants so I prefer the dryfit type.

There is a belt that vibrates the fat. I am thinking of buying one, but I wanna know did anyone else use such a thing?

I have a horrible diet. I usually eat cereal for breakfast, and junk food, such as chips, brownies, and pop, for the rest of the meals later on in the day. I am very busy, playing three sports and taking guitar lessons, so I don’t have much time to cook a healthy meal on the stove or in the oven.
How can I make small, easy, and effective changes to my diet? Oh, and by the way, I’m a vegetarian (although I do eat dairy and eggs), so I don’t eat any meat or anything.

I always wondered how much money or commision they make off each membership or how does it work?

I have a friend from high school who had the surgery and since she had it 8 months ago her face is more wrinkled and she looks much older than before she lost 100 pounds. I noticed that Star Jones looks so much older now than she did before her weight loss. She doesn’t look good at all. I will say that Al Roker looks no different in the face to me. Maybe it’s just women.

I have an interview at Bally’s tomorow and was wondering how much people workings as sales reps make on average. If anyone works at Bally’s or similar places, please let me know because I have to choose between this job and another by tomorow or so. Thank you
