HCG Diet The Morning Show – safe and effective or dangerous? Does it matter?
The Morning Show With Mike and Juliet recently featured a segment on the HCG diet – which involves injections of HCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin) hormone and 500 calories per day diet plan. As with any diet plan, there had experts on both sides of the issue and, as with any discussion of diet among experts, the point was missed – again. The point remains: There is only one way to effectively and sustainably reduce your weight, but not with any> Diet or plan. im 198 pounds 6 feet and trying to cut down to 180 pounds and when i do cardio on the tread or bike i just do it until im sweating alot and trying hard. but i jus read that heart rate matters at a certin leval for body fat loss is this right? anyways hope u all can help and if u know what leval i needd to be at when im exercising

I have heard that drinking room temperature water is more effective in weight loss than refrigerated water. Why would it make any difference?
Does The Temperature Matter To Weight-loss When I Am Exercising?
I walk on the treadmill in the gym and sometimes walk on the street. The gym’s temperature is higher than that of the street , so if I exercise outside, I don’t sweat as much as I do in the gym. Do you think the higher temperature contributes to weight-loss? Please understand walking on the street is more interesting than walking in the gym. Thank you very much for your answer!
How Do You Make Yourself Exercise Everyday No Matter How Tired You Are?
I just hed my third child and i want to loose a few pounds about 10 or 15. I am a stay @ home mom so i have plenty of time to exercise. How do you make yourself exercise every day?? I will do it one day and skip a few. Im always tired. Help!
