Is This A Good “meal-plan”/ Diet For Weight Loss?

Hi so my average day interms of what i eat looks something like this :
Breakfast:
Fruit salad:
– 1 bowl of fruit
– 2 tbsp. cottage cheese
– 1/2 dry all bran cereal
Snack:
- Apple
Lunch:
- Veggies
- 2 tbsp. hummus
- 6 tofu cubes (3 cm x 3 cm)
Dinner
Salad:
- 1 cup of arugula
- peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers
- 4 oz. chicken
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Snacks
- 1/2 cup dry vector cereal
- 2 tsp. dark chocoloate chips
Tell me if there anything i should improve on thanks.
EXTRA INFORMATION
my current weight is: 120 lbs
My goal weight is: 110
Exercise= Cardio for 40 mins/ 5 days a week, weights 3 days a week, sit ups everyday?

COuld you also tell me how quickly i will lose weight ( if i will lose it based on this plan) if i continue with the nutrition and exercise that i have mentioned,.
