How can we measure the weight loss and fat?

We have the competition goes to work, like Biggest Loser. Six women, 4 of them from 154-180 kg, and 2 of them from 250-300 kg. What is a fair way to make a contest, not giving the advantage of heavier women? If we set the weight loss while it is not true, because more people are losing weight faster and easier, but if we do a percentage, to the same thing. resources or ideas?

How Do You Measure An Exercise Ball?

I am 6’5″ and was given an exercise ball for Christmas. It is a 75cm ball. I’m not sure how to properly measure the ball to make sure that it is inflated properly. I could use some help. Thanks for your advice.

How Do You measure the fat loss?

Most people just jump on the scale for measuring fat loss. And let's face it no one talks about "big loss" anyway, everyone talks about "weight loss", and the scale you say how much you weigh, it's obvious. The key is knowing how much of your weight difference is real fat loss. That's where things get a little more complicated.

The average person can easily vary from 2 to 4 pounds body weight per day dependingthe fluid and food intake. Most, if not all of this fluctuation is the water content of the body. If you really want an accurate measurement of the true "fat loss" or loss of weight of fat, you must be your own weight in the exact same condition every time.

For example: if you weigh yourself once a week, choose the morning after a day where your model system is most similar to each week. Step on the scale morning, the same exact number of hours before yourlast meal. Let us get you on Tuesday morning this week at 7am, and you ate dinner Monday evening at 7pm, for an interval of 12 hours. Next week just after 12 o'clock Monday night dinner and then weigh yourself again. It is a simple way that can give you a fairly accurate measure of the loss of actual body fat compared to just water loss and changes due to liquid and food consumption.

Now there are a few things to consider. If you've eaten a Thanksgiving turkey style dinner on the first Monday of each month at 7pm, then a garden salad with light on the second Monday at 7pm, you could find yourself with an incorrect comparison. To make this work you have to eat in a similar pattern on the eve of your position. And maybe even a few days before measurement.

The fact is that the majority of the population has no accurate way to measure true fat loss. Machines that are able to accurately measure any amount of fat > Loss on a day or week basis are very expensive and are usually found in laboratory tests advanced rights in universities and other research institutions. Most people simply will never have access to such technology.

Only the scientist who happens to run one of these labs can give you a current account of exactly how many grams of fat, he / she has lost this morning from last night.
