Can anyone help me about that is the moment when I wake up to before bed for building muscle?
I have a lot of lifting. In addition, I walk a lot. I was wondering if someone could say that I am with breakfast before training after training before going to bed to help me gain muscle faster and help me recover faster. I drink protein shakes already, so please tell me to take them. Thank you.

I’ve lost 50 pounds in 3 years and today when I stepped on the scale, my old weight wasn’t even in the little window anymore…that’s almost better than fitting into clothes I never thought I’d wear! What’s your best moment, or what moment are you looking forward to in your weight loss?
