How to lose weight is much more typical when using the phentermine?
I have recently been prescribed phentermine, in a dose of 37. 5. Has anyone here taken the diet pill and what was your initial weight loss for the period. . . say, as two weeks in a month? Just out of curiosity, would love to know what to expect in the first few weeks to a month.
Can you explain how building muscle (especially the legs) helps burn fat more efficiently?
I lay on the stationary bike 30-90 minutes a day for a month. Although I only lost 3 pounds so far, I see a huge difference in my body. I’ve heard that weight more muscle mass is key to burning fat, but I want to know how and why. Thank you for your comments!

Interestingly, the most effective weight loss plans and fitness, which worked better for people. I want to try to develop its own plan and I want ideas from external work outs, recipes, etc.

Whenever I’m drinking something, it seems, pop or other sweet drinks. Although I drink milk and orange juice, sometimes a lot. Anyway, I really want to turn the water into my diet, I do not know how to do it. I just want to give my sweet drinks just like that, but I want to start drinking beverages, healthier and, perhaps, from time to time I’ll have the rest of the evening. Suggestions?
How can I lose more fat without building muscle, too?
I go to the gym 6 days a week and do 45 minutes of intense cardio, then do weights in almost all parts of my body. I’m almost where I want to be, I already lost 20 pounds, but I’m still a good amount of fat in the body. I do not want to be bitten. . Just how thin and toned, so I just burn fat, as opposed to building muscle?
