What is the best before and after training in the morning shake or food for fat loss?

I’m 6-foot, 265 pounds, I walk a lot at work and eat whatever I want. I used to be in shape, about 2 years ago, to £ 170. I want to do my morning cardio. My goal is to go down to 170 and save. I want something fast before and after the morning run. I would like to have breakfast, that my post, please help!

HCG Diet The Morning Show – safe and effective or dangerous? Does it matter?

Is Exercise Better For You In The Early Morning Or Late Evening?

The only times I can possibly exercise are 5:30am and 8:30pm. I am awake and available both times. So, all things even, is one time more beneficial or healthier than the other?
