How can I stay motivated with building muscle?
So Im trying to build chest muscles, arms and abdomen. I have a good job on the plan can go for a week, then I will not. It seems there are other things I should do, and my goal will just disappear. After a while, I’ll take it back and start to work within a week, then did the same thing. How can I stay motivated and stick to my training plan?
What Keeps You Motivated To Exercise And Not Over Eat?
I am a bit overweight and am exercising and eating well to lose the extra weight. Some days I struggle to find the motivation to exercise, or stop over eating. I’m also worried I’ll reach my goal weight and stop exercising and will creep back up in weight. I was just wondering what do you use for motivation that keeps you going? i exercise in the morning, and i am very motivated at the END of the day, when i set my alarm for the crack of dawn, and set out my workout clothes. but i almost always hit the snooze a couple of times, or if i do get up on time, move veeerrryy ssssllooowwwly, with plenty of diversions and distractions.
i am also very motivated during and after exercise. just not before.
