How Can I Maintain My Motivation To Exercise?
I used to go to the gym every day for 1 to 1.5 hrs. I really enjoyed it. But lately I haven’t had the motivation to go. And if I do go by about 1/2 hr I lose concentration and motivation.
What can I do to motivate my self to exercise more?

I just saw this movie inspired remarkable called "Facing the Giants". The film, while the low budget, had a powerful message about faith and perseverance. He illustrated the importance of giving your best, even if it resembles nothing of what you are doing is working the way you hoped. It is a lesson for us all, especially those of us who have struggled against the weight.
In the movie, the coach encouraged the player to continue even when the player was clearly intended to giveup. I think everyone of us has a coach inside, but most of us have coaches who discourage us in our goals of weight loss. Our coach told us: "You can not do" "It does not work," "Too long" or "You might as well quit." Instead of giving us the courage we must give our best so that we can finish strong, our coach takes away our courage.
If weight loss is a struggle for you, then I want you to start paying attention to your inner coach, your thoughts.Do they encourage you (give you the courage) or discourage you (taking the courage to distance)? If it is the latter, then start changing the thoughts. It could be difficult because you're probably used to discourage yourself. But I promise you that if you agree to be your biggest promoter, then you stick to your habits long enough to see the results. And even if you stumble, get back on track immediately instead of using it as an excuse to abort.
And with thatattitude, we'll win.

* Remember to ask for sponsorship from friends and family for a good cause. Maybe you can raise money for children dying of hunger while you eat your own under control?
* Create a file or a book of articles, recipes and other delicacies worth your read.
* Start another file fashion and wardrobe ideas. Plan what you needbuy when you reduce the size or two!
* Buy a piggy bank and fill it with a certain amount for every pound you lose. You can use your new outfits!
* Find someone to share the experience with, and laugh your way through difficult times.
* Learn from other successful Slimmers. Read the stories of others, join a club, find a chat room, or start your own group address.

How Do I Find The Time And Motivation To Make Myself To Exercise?
I’m not overweight but I’m not in good shape either. I work full-time during the day and attend classes three nights during the week. Weekends are spent catching up on chores and doing homework. I had a gym membership for a while but rarely used it and it was $60 a month even with my company contributing a portion so I cancelled it. I have some equipment at home but I dust it more than I use it and I don’t have anyone to exercise with minus my dogs when I walk them. Any suggestions on how I can get my lazy butt into gear?
