I work in the wellness center, and we want to provide fitness classes for yoga, kickboxing, conditioning the whole body, and others. Where can we get the procedures and the music that we can use for these classes. Are they all providers, procedures, and music for fitness instructors in the group?

I mean come on already, give us a little rock music, Led Zep, etc.

I have to do a science project and I was thinking about doing it on heart rate and how the different beats of exercise music affect your heart rate. At least that’s what my teacher suggested. It’s looking at how the # of beats/minute affect the distance walked and the heart rate.

I would like to teach aerobics and beginners dance, what qualifications do I need? What are the best courses available, qualifications best recognised and does anyone know the nearest I can study to Suffolk UK, or online?

How do you request a music video at The Rush 24 fitness center?
